What can I say??!! Josh is AMAZING and the one you want by your side when you're searching to buy a new home! He's very proactive, responsive, and knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate especially the appraisal and settling process where he helped my husband and I out tremendously! We never had to worry as it pertained to the home buying process, which is a natural initial concern for anyone being a first time buyer and having no prior knowledge of the home buying process. Josh really stayed on top of everything and constantly used his expertise to make us feel secure in our decision and home buying process as a whole. Not to mention, he's also helped most of the couples that I've known for years buy homes as we all relocated to a particular area and purchased our homes over the last 6-7 months as well. Josh was awesome! This was our first home purchase and his experience really paid off when the appraisal came in low. Josh was definitely an amazing realtor to work with. With this being our first home purchase there were a ton of questions we had from the beginning to the end and Josh was patient, kind, and diligent in walking us through every step. He was also very knowledgeable about how to help us get what we needed. House purchasing is not always easy and can have some frustrating parts included with it, but having a good realtor like Josh is super important because they can explain and walk you through what you need to know and that helps make the process a lot easier to get through.
